Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of SideMeld. By using SideMeld you agree to these Terms. SideMeld is operated by Unevo Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use SideMeld.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use SideMeld to harass, harm or impersonate anyone.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to SideMeld (players, photos, results, etc.). You grant SideMeld a limited license to host and display that content so we can provide the service to you and your club.
4. Free & paid plans
SideMeld is currently offered free of charge for weekly football groups. Paid plans may be introduced in the future; you will be notified before any charge applies.
5. Service changes
We may add, remove or modify features. We aim to keep SideMeld reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Termination
You may stop using SideMeld at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
SideMeld is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unevo Technologies Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unevo Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of SideMeld.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
